Using bento.surf
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give bento.surf a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights to anything you publish or sell.
Connected services and automations
Third-party services such as Instagram, payment providers, and email platforms have their own terms. You control the rules you create and remain responsible for automated messages and published content. Do not use bento.surf for spam, deception, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass a platform's limits.
Creator commerce
Creators are responsible for product descriptions, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, customer support, and compliance with consumer laws. Payments may be processed through a provider selected by the creator; that provider's fees and terms apply. Any bento.surf fees shown at checkout or in the applicable plan form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, access another account without permission, disrupt the service, scrape protected areas, or use the service to send unsolicited or prohibited communications. We may restrict content or accounts that create risk for users, bento.surf, or our providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep bento.surf reliable, but the service is provided as available and may depend on third-party platforms. Features may change when those platforms change their APIs or policies. We may update these terms and will provide notice when required.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, bento.surf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for third-party services and creator content. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use and contact
